All we require of you is that you are determined to lose weight and follow your chosen weight loss programme and your consultant’s advice.
Lose weight The Natural Way
- We need to see you once a week at our centre so we can monitor your progress, discuss any issues or concerns and keep you motivated.
- Please follow your programme closely and record EVERYTHING you eat on your weekly diary sheet - there are alternatives for most meals, but please don’t stray from your programme.
- Help your consultant to help you. Follow her instructions, keep your weekly diary and don’t cheat!
- Eat slowly, really taste your food.
- Use salt sparingly.
- Eat fresh foods whenever possible.
- Always have three meals a day and NEVER skip breakfast.
- Have your evening meal at least three hours before bedtime.
- Our Consultants do not in any way prescribe for or diagnose illness. Anyone with medical problems should seek their doctor’s advice before starting our programme.
- Please telephone us if you have to cancel an appointment. There is no charge if you give us 7 days notice, otherwise we regret that we have to charge ?10 cancellation fee.
- Drink plenty of water. We ask that you drink 6-8 glasses per day. Water is a natural appetite suppressant and helps the body metabolise and flush away stored fat. Water can help eliminate the problems caused by fluid retention and constipation.
